KUBE

Kids & UConn Bridging Education, or KUBE, helps local middle school students explore higher education and build skills to reach their full potential through one-on-one mentorship with PRLACC students.

In partnership with the Asian American Cultural Center, we aim to create a multicultural mentoring program that builds literacy and educational aspirations and develops social skills.

Through KUBE, I was able to focus on my leadership, organizing, and teaching skills.  I also met so many amazing people through the program all while guiding our future generations to success!

KUBE meets monthly for cultural events, field trips, science programs, and journal writing.

If you are interested becoming a Big (a.k.a. mentor), please submit the application: KUBE Big applications: https://forms.gle/EAjAv6B16JfZdcuCA by noon on Wednesday, September 14. The Applicants will receive a Google sign-up sheet for interviews on that evening (9/14). The first KUBE day will be Saturday, September 24!
